Tarika: “How many times have you said this to yourself, ‘if I could, I would’ and then following it up with,‘but I can’t’? If we are honest we are constantly wishing for things that seem impossible because some voice inside says we can’t.
I am cooking up some interesting ways to confront those negative voices so we can give more space to the little voice that says,‘but I can and will’.
These two evenings are an invitation to support what wants to welcome the so called impossible into your life.”

Tarika
Tarika has a Masters degree in Psychology and more than 40 years' experience working with people both individually and in transformational groups in Europe, Asia, India and the USA.
Her professional background includes primal therapy, early childhood deconditioning, body-centered psychotherapy, and couples therapy.
Tarika leads regular international groups such as the Rebellious Spirit, Practicing Self-Love and the Osho Therapist. Her work as an Osho therapist inspired her to create the Transessence Technique – a tool for essential living which assists in the process of disidentification from the past and living in the present. She facilitated the Freedom Process (AFH) for 20 years.
In all her workshops, Tarika combines meditation techniques with various therapeutic modalities. Her greatest joy is watching people learn to love themselves.
